I've had this toaster for more than a year now and can honestly say that I love it! It toasts English muffins, bagels and bread perfectly! I love the SS finish and the fact the outside stays cool even when toasting. It cleans very easily and the slide out crumb tray is great! I gave up on toaster ovens after using them for years and wanted the best toaster I could find. None of the ones at the department stores seemed to be of any quality, and the metal/SS ones seemed rather flimsy. I highly recommend this product!
