Not only is it easy to install but the quality and range of the spray is incredible compared to any impact, oscillating, traveling and rotary sprinkler head you can purchase at your hardware store and connect to your garden hose.
If you try to buy a 5'' adjustable popup gear rotor sprinkler, pre-configured swing joint and quick coupler from your local irrigation supplier you are going to be paying a lot more for it than what you'll pay for this kit on Amazon. A true value.
I've been able to eliminate the hose marks from my lawn by running the hoses along the edges thanks to the range of this sprinkler and its even coverage. No more moving the sprinkler and hoses to mow; no more re-adjusting the spray direction afterwards: just as advertised by QuickSnap.
Run your hose at the edge of the lawn, add a battery powered inline timer and you've got most of the advantages of a professional in-ground system without the thousands of dollars in cost.

This product is a great solution to anyone who is interested in an irrigation system, but does not want to pay several thousand dollars. Within thirty minutes of opening the package, I had a two head sprinkler system that covers approximately 1500 square feet. I hid the hoses within the trench that separates my garden bed from the lawn, so the system is very discreet. I liked the two head kit so much that I bought another one for my backyard. The irony is that I haven't been able to use it much because its been a rainy spring and summer.

I purchased this system about a year ago. Left it in the ground all winter and had no problems. We installed it in a flowerbed and buried the waterhose under the mulch. The great thing is that once you have it set, it will water the same area everytime. No more having to keep adjusting the sprinkler so that it has good coverage. Plan to order two more for my backyard!
