This enhancer is a great product except for the fact that it takes time to adjust to sleeping on it. The foam is quite stiff when you first lay on it. It than begins to form to your body and feels quite nice. However, when you move you have to hold your position the way you want it while the foam rebounds and takes your new position. As for the ventilation, it works very well. You remain at a normal temp all night and not over heating at night with the sweats like non ventilated memory foam mattresses do. Overall a great product, but a learning curve is included.

This is my first experience owning a mattress topper. I had slept on pillow top toppers at friends' houses and hotels and loved those, but had also heard good things about memory foam toppers. I had heard they provided better support. Hubby and I had to do something - our current mattress was not cutting it and we were not getting a good night's sleep. The first two nights on this topper I didn't like it at all. It felt stiff, uncomfortable and just plain unfamiliar and I felt sure we would be getting rid of it. But literally overnight, I changed my mind. The third night, it started feeling better and I decided to give it a few more days. Now, several months later I'm in love with it! I am now getting a much deeper sleep, I feel well rested in the morning and my husband has fewer aches and pains. AND....I am no longer awakened constantly by his snoring....either he's not doing it as much because he's sleeping better or I'm in such a deep sleep that I can't hear him. Either way, I'll take it and run with it! Definitely worth the money!

I've had Fibromyalgia for 22 years. Sleeping is my biggest issue and I usually end up on the couch. Well, the couch is wearing down so I decided to try this on our bed. I put it on top of our Select Comfort bed which was another expensive failure.
While I believe the product is good, it's comfy, doesn't smell bad and seems to do what it says but it didn't seem to help with my Fibromyalgia at all. My hips don't hurt as bad but my neck and shoulders hurt horribly. I have to turn literally every 2-5 minutes the pain is so bad. I tried a new pillow with no luck so I'm sure it's just me.
Like I said the product seems good but if you have Fibromyalgia it may or may not work for you.
