For the price I paid I guess I should not have expected anything other then an OK bluetooth. The sound quality is ok but not great and other Jabra devices work much better then this one. When this breaks I will be getting a higher model.

I purchased this product to be used with my iPhone and my PlayStation 3. With the PS3, I use it primarily with Call of Duty 5 online. The volume is more than adequate and can be fine tuned through the volume controls through the main settings through the PS3 and more so through the game. The PS3 also has an input control in case you have a great deal of background noise or if you need to increase the input when others have trouble hearing you. With my iPhone, I must be in a fairly quiet location to hear those I am speaking with. I have not had any complaints with them hearing me. I do not believe it is a problem with this unit, but rather with the output signal for the iPhone that should be easily resolved with an OS update. It is a very light unit and is quite comfortable to wear. At times, I forget that I still have the unit in. I paid roughly around $15 shipped for this unit from Amazon, which is an exceptional value! I highly recommend this unit if you are looking for something that works and don't care if it is "flashy and fancy." It simply gets the job done.
